Cancel anytime through Manage Billing → Stripe Customer Portal → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues through that paid period. Generally no prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
The current public beta includes STOCKAI News intelligence using SEC EDGAR, Federal Reserve and BLS sources, plus account, dashboard and watchlist functionality appropriate to that coverage. Features, source coverage, availability and behavior may change during beta. Public Technical intelligence, Convergence and X/social intelligence are not currently included. Finnhub content is not part of this public configuration. Private Twelve Data research is not part of the customer product.
