Scope
This draft describes the initial U.S.-only beta. STOCKAI uses data reasonably needed to operate accounts, secure the service, provide the product, process and record billing, support customers, investigate abuse or incidents, and satisfy applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Account and product information
Supabase processes account email, authentication credentials and session information. STOCKAI uses account IDs, profile information and watchlists to provide account and dashboard functionality. Authentication information includes verification and recovery data managed by the authentication provider.
Billing and acceptance records
We process Stripe customer, subscription and Checkout identifiers, billing status and paid-period information. Legal and purchase acceptance records contain the account ID, document versions, server acceptance timestamp, acknowledged price, currency, billing interval and U.S.-beta affirmation. Stripe handles payment entry. STOCKAI does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through this integration.
Usage and security information
The service processes authenticated request information and temporary account-based rate-limit state. Operational logs record service health and sanitized failure information. Hosting and authentication providers may process connection and request metadata, such as IP addresses, request paths, browser/device headers and timestamps, under their policies. This consent implementation adds no IP history, location lookup, device fingerprint or card collection.
Browser storage and cookies
The app stores persistent Supabase login sessions and dashboard preferences in browser local storage. Email verification and recovery clients keep their sessions in memory. Hosting or authentication providers may use cookies or other session technologies under their policies. This beta adds no marketing-consent or advertising-tracking system.
AI and official sources
Official-source information and asset context may be sent to OpenAI for analysis and summarization. The current analysis flow processes source content rather than account credentials or payment-card data. We retrieve official public information from SEC EDGAR, the Federal Reserve and BLS. Source links can take you to external sites with separate privacy practices.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Stripe provides payments and billing management. Hosting infrastructure operates the app and API. OpenAI processes applicable AI analysis. Support email is processed by the support mailbox provider. A transactional email provider may support account/service emails in a future release; its selection and disclosures must be reviewed before activation. Providers process information needed to deliver their services and have their own policies and obligations.
Sharing and security
We share information with service providers as needed for the purposes above and where required for legal obligations, security or abuse investigations. We use server-side authorization, restricted database access and protected service credentials. No system can guarantee security.
Retention and minimization
We retain only data reasonably needed for the stated purposes. Exact retention periods remain pending owner/legal review. Billing, security, incident and legally required records may need retention after account closure. External providers, including Stripe, may have separate retention obligations.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email support@iqaps.com for privacy or account deletion requests. Requests will be handled under the applicable policy and may require verification of account authority. Deletion may not be instantaneous. Some billing, security or legal records may need retention. Cancellation is available separately through Manage Billing; contacting support is not required to cancel.
Policy changes and contact
Privacy practices and this policy may change during beta. Material version changes are recorded with renewed purchase acknowledgement before a new Checkout. Contact support@iqaps.com for privacy questions.
