Service and eligibility
The current public beta includes STOCKAI News intelligence using SEC EDGAR, Federal Reserve and BLS sources, plus account, dashboard and watchlist functionality appropriate to that coverage. STOCKAI is an early-access market-intelligence platform. The initial paid beta is for customers residing in the United States only. Features, source coverage, availability and behavior may change during beta. Public Technical intelligence, Convergence and X/social intelligence are not currently included. Finnhub content is not part of this public configuration. Private Twelve Data research is not part of the customer product.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use your own account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@iqaps.com. Account creation alone does not grant paid intelligence access.
Subscription and price
The beta offer is $14.20 USD / month. This is a recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Payment entry is handled by Stripe; access begins after confirmed payment and valid entitlement.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime through Manage Billing → Stripe Customer Portal → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues through that paid period. Generally no prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Payment problems
There is no grace period after payment failure or past-due status. Paid intelligence becomes unavailable according to entitlement state. Use Manage Billing to update payment information; successful payment recovery may restore access.
Acceptable use
Do not share account access, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, violate applicable law, or redistribute third-party content without permission. Do not use the service to impersonate others or facilitate abuse.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to address abuse, security incidents, violations of these terms or service discontinuation. Billing access also depends on payment and entitlement state. Contact support for account questions. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
Intellectual property and sources
STOCKAI software, presentation and analysis may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Your access does not transfer ownership. Original public documents and third-party content remain subject to their own rights and terms. Service providers and source systems can change or become unavailable.
Risk and system limitations
STOCKAI provides informational market intelligence. You remain responsible for your trading and investing decisions, which can result in financial loss. AI and source data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or misleading. Availability, accuracy, latency, profits, market direction and trade outcomes are not guaranteed. No public performance record is represented. Alerts are not guaranteed trade instructions. Review the Risk/Product Disclosure and Coverage Disclosure. Some official-source information may be analyzed or summarized using AI. AI can make mistakes and does not guarantee market impact or direction. Review original official source documents when material; AI summaries do not replace them. Original source links are provided where supported.
Changes and contact
Beta features and these documents may change. Material agreement revisions require renewed acceptance before a new Checkout. How revisions apply to existing subscriptions requires legal review before release. Support: support@iqaps.com.
